Event Dates: October 17-18, 2025
Application Deadline: August 31, 2025

• The team director must submit one Performance Application for the entire team. 
• It is required to include a link to your performance video.
• All performance applications will be reviewed before being approved.
• Directors will be notified upon approval. Please be on the lookout for an email. 
• Only team members who are performing will be permitted to purchase a performer’s pass. If a team member is not performing, he/she must purchase a general admission pass to attend the event.
• Each APPROVED team/couple/solo will be guaranteed one performance at the 2025 Philadelphia Salsafest.
• Multiple team/couple performances will be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.  If you have several performances, please include the details in your application (additional information) along with links to the additional videos.
• Songs for couple/solo performances should not be longer than 3 minutes!  Any application for a couple performance longer than that will be rejected. Team performances (2+ couples) will be given up to 4 minutes.
